Sotogrande S.A. (“Sotogrande” from here on after) wants to protect your privacy. Here, we will provide a Privacy Policy in order to help understand the possible activities that Sotogrande can perform with the personal data we provide.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is data that identifies an individual, as defined by current regulations (such as email and/or IP address in the case that it undeniably identifies the user).
It doesn’t include additional information that doesn´t allow one to be identified nor business contact information such as your name, title, address and business phone number. A-28.110.666, pursuant to the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of the LOPD, it informs all users of the website that will provide their personal data which will be incorporated into an automated file belonging to Sotogrande.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
The user who accesses the Sotogrande website is not obligated to provide personal information for the site therefore, any data communication for such purposes will only be used because the user voluntarily requested a customized use of the services.
In this sense, if the user is interested in accessing conditioned services prior to registration (the “Tell me more” option on the website) must complete a form of personal data collection.

Sotogrande will allocate the personal information collected through the web page to the following purposes:
