PROPERTY STYLE BOOK
A style book has been created to allow owners the necessary freedom when designing their residences, so that they will enjoy the home they have always wanted, while preserving the aesthetics of the development. Its main function is to benefit the development as a whole, particularly in terms of the environment, as the intention is that no residences will damage the physical geography of La Gran Reserva. The book includes specific recommendations for each plot, seeking to optimise energy efficiency, compliment the landscape and to maintain privacy and security, without being detrimental to adjoining plots.
