The project consists of 74 single property independent plots with sizes ranging between 3,000 and 12,000 square metres, so you can enjoy all the space that you and your family need, designed exactly as you imagined.

The plots are divided into three groups, corresponding to their location in the development and their size. It goes without saying, the services offered are the same for all future residents: they will enjoy the same infrastructure, the same quality, the same exclusivity and security. A thorough analysis of all the plots was carried out, to determine the ideal subdivision and the perfect location for each house, taking into account topography, sunlight, views and the influence of natural elements such as wind and sun, as well as the positioning of each plot in relation to neighbouring plots

ROADS
Four networks make up the circulation system: roadways for cars, lanes for golf carts and bicycles, pedestrian walkways and sandy paths. Each of these is designed according to its intended use.
